A Venetian white wine crafted entirely from garganega grapes, it’s a crunchy-fresh, lemon-licked, lusciously structured soave that brings a wave of summer to every dinner table. I love it’s lifted florals, apple and peachy punch and the whipcrack acidity and minerality in the mouth. I could sip this all day! Love it! (Don’t serve it too cold though – take it out of the fridge 20 mins before serving I feel)
