Crafted from 100% handpicked, Maraekakaho-grown pinot noir that’s pressed immediately to avoid any colour uptake from the skins, this wine erupts with green apple, white peach and fresh fennel intensity on the nose and palate. Cleansing, crisp and steamrolling across my tongue and gums like a mineral-fuelled train, this Cyclone Gabrielle vintage wine makes for a pretty impactful (don’t you just love that word hehe) impression.
