This natural, unfined, unfiltered red is a collaboration between Supernatural’s owner Gregory Collinge and Lance Redgewell at Cambridge Road wines in Martinborough. Blending a parcel of pinot noir from the Cirrus Estate vineyard with one of Lance’s blends of pinot and syrah from his home vineyard has produced a 93% pinot 7% syrah style that’s also been aged exclusively in tank to capture the black tea, rhubarb and rosehip pinot notes that Martinborough is famous for. Spice-soaked and fabulously feral, it’s a wine that will appeal to those wanting to walk on the wild side.
