Named after the diminutive heritage-breed sheep from the South Down hills of England’s Sussex County that Peter Yealands used to keep his vineyards gently, organically manicured, it’s a bouncy, crunchy-fresh sauvignon blanc that’ll bring a tingle to your gums.
