Deeply savoury on the nose and laced with creamy, cherry clafoutis characters on the nose and palate. Gently structured and dusted with hedgerow herbs, it’s a suede-like style that has a calmness and zen about it despite it coming from one of the toughest places to grow pinot on the planet. Great drinking now, but will reward stashing away somewhere cool and dark until 2028.
