Zephyr Organic Marlborough Riesling 2022 $32 
A wise person recently wrote that it doesn’t take much to make her happy. Six meals a day. Ten hours sleep. Decent yoga pants, complete solitude, and no social obligations whatsoever. I would, however, add ‘a bottle of Zephyr riesling’ to the list. Why? Because it’s crafted from fruit grown in the Dillons Point sub-region, and it’s some ultra-crisp Marlborough magic in a bottle. Luscious lime, crunchy green apple and masses of mandarin-stacked juiciness make it a gum-tingling experience that brings the grins. Parmesan wafers and honey? Heaven.
