Shield Nelson Pinot Gris 2022 
Richly aromatic, it’s showing roast quince and dried apple notes on the nose and yet on the palate it’s clean and crammed with classic pear and apple strudel characters on the mid-palate. While it feels generous and rich in the mouth, it actually finishes dry and very textural and shows a lovely mineral note. Nicely made.
