Just 450 bottles were created of this intensely perfumed and totally unique, limited edition gin from one of our favourite artisanal distillers. Crafted using nine organic botanicals, I love the poached quince, fresh juniper and soft tangelo and tarragon notes that form a warming, soothing, sweetly luscious impression in every sip. Batch distilled in Kate and David’s 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with pure spring water from a secret location in the Kaweka mountain range, it’s ultra-stylish when sipped clean and neat.
