It’s the company’s flagship sauvignon blanc, yet it’s so far away from traditional styles, it needs its own passport. Crafted from fruit grown in their Matthews Lane and Dillons Point vineyards and fermented wild in oak barrels, it’s loaded with lemongrass, miles of marzipan, luscious lime, and a dusting of wow-inducing white pepper.
