The Forrest’s are an absolute force to be reckoned with when it comes to growing groovy gruner veltliner. Their style is an aromatic smorgasbord of florals and white fruits with creamy complexity, peachy punch and juicy, generous textures. The acidity has superb tension and the tannins have prickle and punch – and I love the apple-tastic textures it shows in the mid-palate. A hint of walnut and lemon round out its rich, complex finish. Love it!
