With its cloud-like lift of Golden Delicious apples, green pears, lemon sherbert and summer flowers on the nose and a palate awash with racy, lacy acidity, white peach and nashi notes, it’s got “Hit for the summer” written all over it! It’s crunchy-crisp and roaring with zesty, fruity punchiness yet there’s an elegant breeding to it. I like it a LOT.
