If you’re looking for balance, poise and ridiculously lovely richness in your pinot gris, then you’ve hopped on the right bus, my friend. Crafted from the last batch of fruit to arrive at the winery each harvest, this pinot gris has all the classic Rockburn hallmarks of pure nashi niceness, poached quince and strudel spices, alongside a layer of extra depth driven from its time in older French oak barrels. It also boasts a squeak more alcohol than the 2020, which adds weight to its mouthfeel and stamina to the finish. Serve it with a slight chill and all will be well with the world. Lovely stuff.
