The juicy, multilayered, gentle stonefruit and caramelised spices in this new vintage merge with creamy depth including creme brulee and creme caramel, peachy notes baked nashi and neenish tart – deliciously complex and macadamia creaminess – roasted nuts and exceptional length of flavour been waiting for this new vintage with bated breath because the 2020 was so delicious. It’s very nicely balanced in terms of acidity and alcohol and how it creates a long, creamy, classic finish. Round, ripe and soothing and also finely tuned for the cellar.
