Delta Marlborough Pinot Blanc 2020 $25 
Pinot blanc is fast becoming a cult favourite (if you can describe my wine fridge as a cult) and I’m loving the new vintage from Delta in Marlborough. It’s fabulously floral, elegant and layered with apple, lime and mineral-driven nutty notes that leap out of the glass. This crisp, crunchy, white mutation of pinot noir is clean, refreshing and roaring with flavour. It’s also fabulously food-friendly and will tsunami across your taste buds if sipped with a peppery smoked salmon and watercress salad.
