Seriously savoury and meaty on the nose, there’s an aspect of freshly-turned earth, smoke, tar and black olive on the nose, while on the palate it’s vibrant and freshly stacked with plum, dried herbs, liquorice and layered, grippy tannins. It’s a textural overload, a roast dinner in a glass and I’m here for it.
