Now you’d imagine for a company so famous for pinot noir, that their rosé would be fashioned from exactly that. Not so for Pegasus Bay, with their Main Divide 2021. Rather it’s a secret blend of multiple varieties that create an ultra-pale, pink sapphire coloured example. with aromas of white peach, red currant and a tweak of Red Anjou pear. Energetic, refreshing, and roaring with melon and soft citrus, it’s ripe, fleshy yet taut in all the right places. Zesty and delicious.
