Wairarapa sauvignon blanc is seriously underrated in my book. Its distinctive lemongrass, soft herb, citrus and sweetpea signature is evident in this example by winemaker Eddie McDougall. Juicy, plush and layered with lemon and apple characters, it’ll bring the grins.
