This snappy-dry, mineral-edged, crushed-shell sensation sits up and says ‘Gidday!’ faster than I can smack my lips. Crafted in a vegan-friendly fashion, it shows lemon pith and grapefruit grip atop a long, prickly texture. Teriyaki snapper? Superb!
