Here’s a classic, dry and spice-centric gewürz from the talents of Richard Rhodes and harks back to the rockstar gewürztraminers from the Mangatahi region that came from Kemblefield wines back in the day. Citrus pith, ginger, and lychee layers on the nose and palate lead to a long, stonefruity finish. It’s a refreshingly dry yet generously proportioned gewürztraminer and a new fave for me.
