Prepare for a lift of luscious lime, green apple and mandarin to wash across the palate and leave a comet tail of honeysuckle and homemade lemonade as it slides on down. At a positively demure 9% alc, it’s also the perfect lunchtime wine because it won’t send you sideways. Softly weighted and silky-textured, this is a citrus-centric, spritely new release that should be chilled right down to accentuate its aromatic edge — and to give the two-year-old bottle of aioli in the fridge someone new to talk to for a while. Josephine (fyi) is actually the name of the knot on the label. Google it at your own peril. The interknot is a dark place and if you’re knot careful it’ll distract you for hours.
