Grown organically, in the limestone and sedimentary clay-rich soils of North Canterbury, this chardonnay is quirky-cool and comfortable in its own skin. It’s a mineral-driven style with a solid toasty backbone. Unfined and unfiltered, it may throw some harmless, tasteless crystal sediment.
