Only made when the fruit is absolutely perfect, this shiny new Declaration well and truly shouts from the clouds that its here to make friends so come on over! Scented with lemon brioche, almond meal, nectarine and soft, grapefruit-pith perfection on the palate, it’s elegant, ultra-fresh, delicately styled from Mendoza and Clone 15 fruit. Barrel fermented in predominantly new French oak and then aged for 10 months in those barrels, and yet for all that, the oak is beautifully balanced and softly integrated. Bottled on April 2nd 2020, it’s ready to roar now.
