OTU Otuwhero Estate Hawke’s Bay Rosé 2020 $20
While the OTU winery resides in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley, they’ve opted to head north to source fruit for their 2020 rosé. The result is a dry, full-bodied style with a peppery edge and a taut, pomegranate-like palate. The texture is a teensy bit chewy in the mid-palate and it finishes slightly herby and short.
