Supernice, apple-injected pinot gris from Marlborough that boasts incredible lift and spice on the nose and a really clean, textural, weighty mouthfeel. Nicely done by young winemaking team Sarah Adamson and Greg Lane and the groovy label art is done by Michelle Lane, who works over in Adelaide and Kangaroo Island – she’s also Greg’s mum (awww). Yellow plum and nashi notes combine with chalky, quartz-like characters to create a mouthquake and a half.
