Named after the Opawa River whose flow shaped the vineyard soil profile (and a local, native wetland area), the team at Nautilus Wines (led by Brett Birmingham) have designed this range of wines to bring real personality and value to lovers of Marlborough wines. Being part of the AMW or Appellation Marlborough Wines group means the quality and authenticity of all the Opawa wines is also strictly audited as the reputation of the region relies on standards being upheld. This new release is awash with lemongrass, bruised basil, soft passionfruit and citrus characters which leave a refreshing impression and a tingle on the gums. Great with those Friday night fish and chips!
