For starters how pretty does this look in the glass? A touch of skin contact has given it the softest, sexiest blush of pink and I love how it rocks classic quince and nashi niceness on the nose, followed by ripe stonefruit, punchy acidity and tongue-tingling textures on the palate. Deliciously dry, spicy-fresh and roaring with personality, it’s a new favourite for me.
