As my dad would say, ‘this’ll put hairs on ya chest’ – so get the wax strips out and prepare for a ripper! Crafted by kiwi-born Glenn Goodall (named Winemaker of the Year in the 2015 West Australian Wine Guide), this gem is loaded with dark berry and cherry flavours, pepper and Christmas cake spices. A splash of malbec, petit verdot and cabernet franc add complexity to the 90% cabernet sauvignon. Sip with gravy-soaked lamb and rosemary sausages on kumara mash.
