After several generations of being grape growers, it took until 1999 for Laurent Clapier to become the first winemaker in the family to take over the Domaine.  Located in the middle of the Drôme Provençale, the property has been certified organic since 2007 and certified biodynamic since 2011.  This 50/50 grenache & syrah-blended rosé has had no oak, no fining or filtration. It’s crisp and clean, with hints of melon, tangelo and spice.
