Lemongrass, lemonade, white florals, peachy tones, passionfruit and bruised basil. Lovely fruit concentration, creamy phenolics and a total joy to drink. Crunchy-fresh “my intention was to barrel ferment some of it” says Bruce Taylor, “but it just didn’t work. So rather it’s had a small amount of weekly lees-stirring for weight and complexity”.
