I love the classic spicy lift on the nose, a squeak of eucalypt, christmas pudding spices, blackberry, dark plum, cocoa powder and a warming, cuddly mouthfeel and finish. Hints of bay and bouquet garni herbs give this wow factor with herb and pepper meatloaf.
