Zephyr Marlborough Blanc de Blancs Methode Traditionnelle 2019 $75 
Created from just 600 Chardonnay vines grown in their Alice Mills vineyard in Rapaura, this deliciously dry, mineral-laced sparkling wine captures the delicate citrus florals and soft, nutty lacings that great blanc de blanc demands. Almost 6 years on lees has injected depth, freshness and precision to the nose and mouthfeel and finish. A debut methode release that expresses real attention to detail and focus by winemaker Ben Glover and his team.
Whole bunch pressed with an early press cut to keep the freshest, cleanest juice aside. Cool fermentation occurred with a portion fermented in old oak barriques before tirage in March 2020. Disgorging took place with zero dosage in July 2025.
