Masters of growing the classic Italian grape Glera, in Australia’s King Valley, the team at Brown Brothers have worked out how to deliver vibrantly bright, energetic, apple and lemon-centric flavours, fresh acidity and gently crisp, creamy textures to finish. The packaging is something to get your head around, but the flavours are easy-peasy to get lost in and appreciate.
