Beautifully balanced, barrel fermented and boasting stylishly rich aromas of roast peach, scorched grapefruit, hints of apple, almond meal and a prickle of pineapple. All of these elements wash across the palate, leaving a comet’s tail of fine, quartzy minerality and a satiny, creamy finish. Silky and refreshingly textural, it’s a very complete, elegant wine.
