With a label designed by artist Elana Marie, the certified organic Billet-Doux Pinot Noir 2024 is a hand-harvested, co-fermented blend of four different clones (5,6,13 & Abel) given 29 days skin contact before pressing and maturation in barrels for 10 months before being bottled without fining, filtration or any preservatives. It’s a style bursting with primal energy, smoked cherry and charred strawberry alongside dried herb complexity and showing a spice-soaked finish.
