A cushion-soft blend of chardonnay and pinot noir that has all the hallmarks of a fine Champagne. Very rich, ripe, round and finely-tuned. I am absolutely smitten with this shortbread-stacked style. Ultra-elegant mousse, zesty acidity smooth, creamy, almond-like textures. Gorgeous.
