Only released in exceptional years, the Nautilus team have opted to ferment this high-quality fruit in older large french oak barrels and that’s injected lime, lemongrass, white pepper, smoked passionfruit, bruised basil and buckets of lemony loveliness. The acidity is banging, fresh and frisky and the finish is super-zesty.
